Matrix Composites was formed in 1997 as the UK distributor of Sicomin epoxy resins. We have since expanded our product range to so that we now offer a complete range of materials for the high-performance, epoxy-based composite manufacturer.
This includes a large range of glass and carbon reinforcements, core materials and vacuum consumables.

We are also an approved reseller for Vitrulan Composites & LYB Forged Carbon SMC.
We hold a large range of products in stock available for immediate dispatch. However, we are more than just stockists. Most of our team have worked in the composites industry for many years, and between us we are able to offer an unrivalled level of technical, application and product support.
We have a very wide customer base including composite manufacturers in the automotive, marine, motorsport, industrial, offshore and chemical industries.
In April 2026, Matrix became part of the Tricel Group, working closely with Tricel Composites and MVP UK & Ireland. Each company covers a different stage of composite manufacturing – from bulk industrial to advanced materials, including application equipment. Three specialists, one supply chain.
REINFORCEMENTS
As specialists in reinforcements we stock products from a variety of quality manufacturers such as Sky Advanced Materials & Vitrulan. We also stock our own Matrix brand.
We hold large stocks of multiaxial, wovens and UDs, in E-glass and carbon.
